We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in an open and transparent manner. • Wardrobe & Outfits: Products you save and outfits you generate that you choose to store.

• Usage Data: Interactions with the app, pages visited, features used, filter selections, and taps on product links.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, browser type, screen resolution, and unique device identifiers.
• Analytics Events: Custom events such as analysis completion and product saves to help us understand feature usage.

4. Photo and Facial Analysis Data

When you upload or capture a photo for color analysis, the image is processed by our AI analysis service to determine your seasonal color palette based on facial features, skin undertone (warm, cool, or neutral), skin depth (fair through deep), hair color, eye color, and contrast level. The analysis results — including your identified season (one of 12 seasonal categories), confidence score, and derived characteristics — are stored in your account so you can access your results across sessions. Uploaded photos may be stored to allow re-analysis and result comparison. You may delete your analysis data at any time by removing it from your account within the app or by contacting us to request deletion.

5. No Payment Information

ColorMatch AI is completely free to use. We do not collect, process, or store any payment card data, financial information, or transaction details. All features — including color analysis, style reports, outfit generation, virtual try-on, and the shop — are available to every user at no cost.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with the following categories of service providers who help us operate the Service:

• AI/LLM Providers: To perform color analysis, generate style reports, power the AI stylist chat, and create virtual outfit suggestions.
• Cloud Hosting & Database Provider (Base44): To store your account data, analysis results, wardrobe items, and app infrastructure.
• Retailer & Affiliate Partners: When you click a product link, you are redirected to the retailer's website (e.g., Shopify-based stores). These retailers have their own privacy policies.
• Analytics Providers: To understand app usage patterns and improve features.

We may also disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, safety, or security of our Service, our users, or others.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. Analysis photos, results, wardrobe items, outfits, and style reports are kept until you delete them or close your account. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you may do so from within the app's Profile settings or by contacting us. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed from our active systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention or record-keeping.

8. Your Privacy Rights
